1 Introduction and Acceptance

999bad is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 999bad and all users of our services. By accessing our website or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

2 Account Registration

To use the services on 999bad, opening a personal account is required. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, 999bad has the right to cancel the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be identified as duplicates and closed, and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect that a third party has accessed your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.

2.3 Identity Verification

999bad reserves the right to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. Certified copies of a national identity card, passport or other valid documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age Requirement

All services on 999bad are for individuals aged 21 or above only. Use of our platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By opening an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 999bad platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.3 Currency and Conversion

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more will apply the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. This means withdrawals can be made after betting 15 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳18,000 in bets.

• Bonus validity: 30 days from the date the bonus is issued
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed with bonus funds

5.3 Promotional Offers

Special promotional offers, cashback and tournaments are organised from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are listed on the relevant offer page. 999bad reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming on 999bad. Each game category may also have its own additional rules.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded.
• If a technical issue affects the outcome of a game, 999bad reserves the right to declare that round void.
• The game provider's server logs will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Odds set before a match begins may change.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the rules for that bet depend on the regulations of the relevant sport.
• Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated in real time. 999bad is not responsible for any losses resulting from an internet connection failure. The live dealer's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 999bad platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Collusive betting (manipulating the betting system as a group or in an organised manner).
• Using software, bots or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance (excluding bonus balance) before closing your account. To reactivate your account, you will need to contact the support team.

8.2 Closure by 999bad

999bad reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms or the prohibited activities rules.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• A court order or legal obligation.
• Involvement in a security threat or cyberattack.

If an account is closed, the valid balance (excluding bonuses if conditions have not been met) will be returned, however in cases of fraud the entire balance may be forfeited.
